2015 Children’s Day royalty presented at adult coronation

Brenna Laubach and Andrew Decondris were presented as the Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival Children’s Day King and Queen 2015 on Saturday during the adult coronation at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium. Laubach is the 12-year-old daughter of Celine Lee Laubach and David Laubach of Morgan City. Decondris is the 9-year-old son of Josh and Ashleigh Decondris of Patterson. The Children’s Day king and queen will reign over Children’s Day activities that begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, in Lawrence Park in Morgan City. Children’s Day is one of many free festivities held as part of the Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival being held in downtown Morgan City beginning Thursday and continuing through Sept. 7.
