Avec Souci Garden Tour set in Lafayette

Lafayette kicks off the garden season with the 28th Annual Avec Souci Garden Tour “Les Beau Jardin,” meaning “The Beautiful Garden,” on May 3.
Five unique gardens will be featured including Greg and Betsy Gautreaux, 614 E. Demanade Drive, Chris and Hal Butts, 120 Park Ridge Lane, Barry LeBlanc, 301 Duclos St., Jean and Marty Leonard, 211 Brightwood Drive and Ken and Mona Stephan, 136 Fletcher Lane.
Admission to all five gardens is $15 in advance or $20 at the homes. Tickets can be purchased from any Avec Souci member.
All proceeds from the tour will benefit local charities including Lourdes Foundation (St. Bernadette’s Clinic), Camp Bon Cour, Healing House, Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic, Family Promise, Bridge Ministry, Acadiana Symphony, Special Olympics and the ULL Scholarship Fund. Since the project began, Avec Souci has given more than $142,000 to local charities.
