CARAMEL APPLE NACHOS

18 caramels
2 tsp. water
2 apples, sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows
¼ cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
2 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on high 1½ minutes or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 seconds. (Will be hot.)
Arrange apples, with slices slightly overlapping, on plate.
Drizzle caramel mixture over apples. Top with marshmallows, peanuts and cookies.
