Johnson promotes S&P Festival as Labor Day weekend nears

Paige Johnson, Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival queen, has been busy promoting the Labor Day weekend festival. She attended the National Association of Counties Convention held at the Superdome in New Orleans, top left photo, in July where she greeted guests to the “Parade Across Louisiana” and participated in a Mardi Gras-style parade. Johnson also participated in the Arena Football Beauties event when the New Orleans VooDoo played the Orlando Predators, top right photo. On July 26, she congratulated Delcambre Shrimp Festival Queen Camille Delcambre, left in side photo, at the pageant in Delcambre. The Shrimp and Petroleum Festival is held Aug. 28 to Sept. 1 in downtown Morgan City.
