Lee Delaune, executive director of the Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival, died Saturday, according to a news release from Nathalie Weber, president of the festival.
Scott Alleman of Morgan City speeds down the course Sunday during the Deep South Racing Association’s “Battle on the Basin” held Saturday and Sunday at Russo’s Landing. Alleman was racing in the Performance Bass and Ski division. The event was to benefit the Morgan City Volunteer Fire Department.
