Earl Francis and his wife Lisa McCurtis-Francis were crowned as the first royalty of the Krewe of Grandeur on Feb. 11 at the Patterson Area Civic Center. King and Queen Grandeur I were part of a 14-piece court that represented the theme, “Elegant Evening with Grandeur.” Trainbearers were Ajayce McCurtis, Dehari McCurtis, Dreshon McCurtis and Durell McCurtis Jr.
