Krewe of Hephaestus ball is Feb. 25

The area’s oldest chartered Mardi Gras krewe, the Krewe of Hephaestus, will present its annual tableau and ball at 8 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium. Bidding adieu will be King and Queen Hephaestus LVI Dr. Robert Bourgeois and Sissy Cheramie. Floor seating is invitation only and balcony viewing invitations are available through krewe members. Hephaestus will parade at 2 p.m. on Fat Tuesday.
