Recalls include stuffed animals, denim pants

More than 33,000 stuffed toy dragons from Build-A-Bear are being recalled this week because the stuffing can pop out and pose a choking hazard for young children.

Stuffed Dragons

Details: Starbrights Dragon is covered in a blue furry fabric with silver satin tummy, feet pads, wings and horns. The horns light up and the toy makes a musical sound when the hand is squeezed. The stuffed animal is about 17 inches high. The tracking label ending with 9333 or 9334 for USA and 9337 or 9459 for Canada can be found on the label sewn on the backside of the leg. They were sold at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores and online at www.buildabear.com between April 2015 and August 2015.
Why: The satin seam of the stuffed animal can open, allowing the stuffing material to be exposed, posing a choking hazard for young children.

Children’s Denim Pants
Details: “Nursery Rhyme Play” brand children’s five pocket 100-percent denim pants. Only pants with style number 4122186 or 4122185 printed on a white tracking label sewn into the lower left inside seam are included in the recall. Manufacture date codes 0415 or 0515 are also printed on the tracking label. They were sold at Belk stores nationwide and online at www.Belk.com from June 2015 through September 2015.
Why: The zipper pull can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Headsets
Details: 2015 Ear Force XO FOUR Stealth gaming headsets marketed for use with Xbox One gaming systems. The headsets are black with green trim and have soft ear-cups, an audio controller and a removable microphone. Recalled units have a 13-character alphanumeric serial number that includes C16 through C25 and do not have a green dot under the windscreen of the microphone. The serial number is printed on the inside of the headband of the headset and on the bottom flap of the box. They were sold at nationwide and online at from June 2015 to September 2015.
Why: Mold spores were found on the headsets, posing a risk of respiratory or other infections in individuals with chronic health problems.
