Toups celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar “Sam” Toups of Siracusa will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 21. They were married on Aug. 21, 1966. The Toups have four children, Randy Toups of Rowlett, Texas, Oscar Toups Jr. of Berwick, Janell Toups of Amelia, and Barlow Toups of Morgan City. They have 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
