Ribbon-cutting for Don Eduardo's in Amelia

Tuesday was ribbon-cutting day at Don Eduardo Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, 1325 Duhon Blvd., Amelia. Owner Eduardo Hernandez, the man with the tie in the center of the photo, and wife Rosalba Hernandez were on hand for the ceremonial opening of the restaurant, joined by members of the St. Mary Chamber of Commerce, local officials and employees of the new restaurant.
