Berwick bike winner

Each school year, Duval Arthur, a Berwick town councilman and and director of homeland security for St. Mary Parish, donates several bicycles to Berwick Elementary for rewards and incentives. Each nine weeks, a drawing is held for those students who have earned Honor Roll and Principal's List distinction. The bike winner for the third nine weeks is Alex Theriot. He is pictured here with Duval.
