Council on Aging giveaways

Phyllis Brumfield, left, was the winner of the Council on Aging’s half and half money drawing Saturday during the Harvest Moon Festival in Franklin. She is pictured with Council on Aging Executive Director Beverly Domengeaux. The agency also is sponsoring a raffle to give away a TomTom GPS and a bucket of automotive cleaning supplies both donated by Lapeyrouse Motors of Jeanerette. Tickets may be purchased at the Senior Center on Iberia Street. The drawing is on Oct. 16.
