Day of Prayer is Thursday

Three National Day of Prayer services are planned Thursday in Morgan City, Patterson and Berwick.
Morgan City will hold a National Day of Prayer special service on the City Hall front lawn from 12:10 p.m. to 12:35 p.m. Thursday.
In the event of rain, the service will be moved to the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium. Sandwich trays will be provided by Higher Ground Family Church.
Patterson will also hold a service at noon Thursday in the Patterson City Hall parking lot. All are invited to attend.
Berwick will have a service at the Everett S. Berry Lighthouse Park from 12:10 p.m. to 12:40 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Randy Plessala of Promise Land Church is organizing the event.
