Early vote starts Sat.

Early voting for the Nov. 16 election begins Saturday and continues through Nov. 9.
Ballots may be cast at the St. Mary Registrar of Voters offices in the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin and the branch office at 301 Third St., Morgan City, regardless of where the voter lives.
Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Voters will choose an alderman in the Town of Baldwin and decide on a bond proposition of $3 million for St. Mary Parish Water and Sewer Commission 4.
