A special meeting of the Hospital Service District 1 Board of Commissioners will be held Wednesday at noon in the board room at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Items on the agenda include “discussion and consideration of board officers; discussion and action on board representation by Brazeale, Sachse & Wilson; and discussion and action on CEO moving expenses.
The agenda also includes public comment and executive session items.
