FFH special meeting now at 10:30 a.m. Friday

A special meeting of the Franklin Foundation Hospital Board of Commissioners has been called for 10:30 a.m. Friday.
The only item on the agenda is consideration of rescinding the termination of physician contracts.
Two contracts were terminated with 90-day notice on Oct. 29 before a packed board room of local residents. There were also residents at Wednesday’s meeting of the St. Mary Parish council speaking on the doctors’ terminations.
