Flying the festival banner

Wade Vidos, who works for the Morgan City government, hangs a banner on Brashear Avenue to promote the 2016 Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival. Vidos was assisted on the ground by Paul Lacoste. The festival will be Sept. 1-5 this year.
