Levee board to meet Thursday (agenda pdf available)

The St. Mary Levee District will hold its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Berwick Town Hall.
New business on the agenda includes discussion and any action on a proposal for preliminary design services on the Bayou Chene project, discussion and any action on installation of gates on former Atchafalaya Basin Levee District levees to limit traffic on top of the levee and discussion and any action relative to application for assistance with Statewide Flood Control Grant on Bayou Teche Project.
