Police Reports 12-12-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ameedah Charles, 29, of 911½ First St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 11:39 a.m. on failure to appear warrants with charges of theft of goods, interfering with an investigation and disturbing the peace. Charles was held on $45,000 bond.
Brandon Allen, 29, of 419 Cypress Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 12:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.
Phillip K. Lodrigue Jr., 34, of Two Sisters Court, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 12:43 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond was set at $200,000.
Sidney Elair, 55, of 8509 U.S. 90 Frontage Road, Centerville, was arrested Wednesday at 4:12 p.m. on failure to appear warrants with charges of cruelty to the infirm and simple assault. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Brittany Martin, 39, of Choctaw Street, Charenton, Wednesday on a warrant charging her with failure to comply with the conditions of probation. No bond was set.
Megan Businelle, 23, of Choctaw Street, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. She was held on $1,500 bond.
