Police Reports 4-1-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Phillip Randolph, 22, of 131 Big Bear Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:38 a.m. on a charge of theft of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
Roger Short, 28, of Gibson, was arrested Monday at 5:41 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Richard Franklin, 44, of 903 S. Laurel St., Amelia, was arrested today at 2:41 a.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule II drugs. No bond was set.
Rayniece Gary, 30, of 1715 Harry D. Street, Patterson, was arrested today at 2:54 p.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule II drugs and failure to signal. No bond was set.
Rodney J. Courville, 38, of Abbeville, was arrested Monday at 5:45 p.m. on a charge of felony theft shoplifting and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested three people Monday at 7:39 p.m.
Brandon L. Boudreaux, 28, of 3004 Lizabeth Drive, Morgan City, was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.
Kimber N. Thompson, 26, of 375 Pacific St., Berwick, was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors and possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.
Cody P. Pearce, 25, of 116 Rose St., Berwick, was charged with second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors and a warrant charging him with second degree battery. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Shawn Clements, 38, of Jeanerette, Monday at 4:30 p.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Walter Webb, 25, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, Monday at 2:10 p.m. on a charge of probation violation. No bond was set.
