Port board to meet

The Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District commission will meet at 5 p.m. Monday at the Port of Morgan City.
Old business on the agenda includes discussion and any action on leasing, improvements, maintenance and repairs to facility, including purchase and installation of boat shed and dolphins and Coast Guard lease renewal; discussion and any action regarding the U.S. Department of Homeland Security grant program, including bids and equipment purchases, computer data system and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Physical Oceanographic Real-Time Systems; discussion and any action on the Government Operations and Emergency Center, including design, inspection, ground work, servitude for parking and Facility Planning and Control; discussion and any action on right of entry request from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, any related owner agreements and Atchafalaya River Channel sediment; and discussion and any action on City of Morgan City wharf project
