Red Ribbon Week

St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Walter Shepherd appeared before the St. Mary Parish Council on Wednesday to request a proclamation declaring the week of Oct. 21- 30 as Red Ribbon Drug-Free Week. The council unanimously approved the measure.
