Ribbon cutting

Ribbon cutting ceremonies were held Friday for the Lamp Station, a new local business dedicated to providing local artisans with retail space for their arts and crafts. Owners Gary and Diane Wiltz hosted St. Mary Parish Chamber of Commerce representatives, local officials and well-wishers to mark the outlet’s official opening. The Lamp Station is open Thursdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Fridays 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturdays 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
