Tour Du Teche in Franklin

Randy Hargroder of Opelousas was the first paddler through the Franklin finish line Saturday during the fourth Tour du Teche. The 135-mile race began in Port Barre with the first stop at St. Martinville that night, 49 miles from the start; Saturday stop at Franklin, 59 miles from St. Martinville; and the Sunday finish line was at Berwick, 27 miles from Franklin.
