Voter info tool on B-T web site

Pew Charitable Trusts has partnered with Google to create the free Voting Information Project (VIP) webtool.
The VIP tool enables voters to simply enter their home address to find their polling place location. The VIP tool uses official state data, enabling it to constantly feature the most accurate, up-to-date information available.
The data that populates the tool was searched more than 31 million times leading up to the general election last year.

Voting is Saturday for statewide elections, as well as, in St. Mary Parish, local elections.
