Water outages expected Thursday for valve repairs

Water service will be interrupted Thursday between 8 a.m. and noon in order for city workers to replace and install water valves, according to a city news release.
The areas affected include from Fig Street to Franklin Street and from Sixth Street to Elm Street, the release stated. The city will be replacing three broken water valves and installing one additional valve.
