Louisiana Tech announced Wednesday that former Florida quarterback Jeff Driskel has officially joined the program and is expected to be eligible to play during the 2015 season.

Louisiana Tech and Illinois will meet in Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowl Saturday at noon in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl.
The game will be aired on ESPN.
