Police search for missing juvenile

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing Franklin teen.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Traci Landry said Jasmine Smith, 16, was last seen around 3 p.m. Wednesday on Beau Chene Lane in Franklin and was reported missing around 10:45 p.m.
Landry said police are investigating whether the juvenile is missing or a runaway.
She was last seen wearing dark-colored pants and possibly a pink shirt and bright pink shoes, Landry said.
Smith is 5 feet 8 inches tall, with brown eyes and brown hair.
