Police Reports 2-16-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Dexter M. Walker, 23, of 606 Kelli Drive, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 10:03 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to notify law enforcement of change of address as a sex offender. He was released on $7,000 bond.
Clarence Grimm Sr., 56, of 1206 Weber St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator and failure to obtain a special identification card as a sex offender. No bond was set.
Corey A. Mire, 25, of 621 Charlie Lane, Lot 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 3:34 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $5,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Brandon Garrison, 23, of B Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:22 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.
Vanessa Narcisse, 44, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:24 a.m. on a Third Ward City Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. She was released on $317 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Wang Chi Chou, 37, of Lafayette, today at 6:35 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.
