Markus Kendall “Fat Fat” Cheatham

Markus Kendall “Fat Fat” Cheatham, 16, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Schriever, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, in Centerville.
Visitation will be Saturday at the Siracusaville Recreation Center from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Mechanicville Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery in Houma.
Survivors include his father, Mark Kentrell Cheatham Sr. of Schriever; two brothers, Mark Kentrell Cheatham Jr. of Schriever and Landon J. Scott of Houma; two sisters, Markeyera KeShay Cheatham of Schriever and De’Anna LaShay Cheatham of Patterson; his maternal grandfather, Donald Campbell Sr. of Houma; his maternal grandmother, Luella Williams Miller of Morgan City; and paternal grandparents, Donna and Percy Smith, both of Schriever.
He was preceded in death by his mother; a sister; and paternal and maternal great-grandparents.
