Sager Brown School reunion set in June

The committee for Sager Brown School Reunion is in the process of planning an upcoming event.
The reunion will be June 13-15, at the former school site in Baldwin and at Trinity United Methodist Church in Baldwin.
More than 200 letters have been sent out to former students, teachers, administrators, staff and volunteers. Anyone not contacted by letter is welcome to attend.
There will be a program Friday, June 13, that will include a memorial honoring the students and staff who have passed on, followed by a meet and greet social.
Saturday, June 14, there will be a tour of the property as it is now and a book signing by Mavoila Phillips, author of a book on the history of Sager Brown through her eyes and days there. There will also be a picnic with music, games, prizes and food.
For Sunday, June 15, organizers plan to attend services at Trinity United Methodist Church as all on-campus students did during their stay as well as observe Father’s Day.
