FRANKLIN’S CEDRIC PAUL was named the Boys Outstanding Performer during the 2014 St. Mary Parish Track and Field Championships which were held Friday at the Albert Perry Track at J. C. Dry Stadium. The West St. Mary Lady Wolfpack and the Franklin Senior High School Hornets won titles on Friday.
