Dr. Scott Domingue has been Chosen Teche Regional Medical Center’s ‘Doctor of the Year’

Dr. Scott Domingue, an emergency medicine physician, was named Teche Regional Medical Center’s 2013-2014 Doctor of the Year with the “Doctor of the Year” award at a recent leadership conference presented by the Studer Group Inc., Butch Frazier, hospital CEO announced in a news release.
The award was presented to Domingue by the founder of the Studer Group, Quint Studer.
Competing against the medical staff of Teche Regional, Domingue was chosen by hospital employees as “Doctor of the Year.” He received a recognition plaque as well as his picture on a plaque in the Wall of Fame at the hospital.
Domingue earned his doctor of medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his residency at University Medical Center in Lafayette. He is employed by the Schumacher Group and has been a part of the medical staff of Teche Regional since December 2010. He presently serves as the emergency department medical director.
