Crawfish speaker

Morgan City Rotary Club members heard from author Sam Irwin who wrote “Louisiana Crawfish: A Succulent History of the Cajun Crustacean,” and spoke about the history of the Louisiana crawfish industry and the history of the Breaux Bridge crawfish festival at a recent luncheon.
