Clyde Prater Jr.

Clyde Prater Jr. entered the world blessing his parents, Tonya Washington and Clyde Prater Sr., at Children’s Hospital on July 27, 2014. Our precious baby boy left his footprints in our hearts and earned his angel wings on Aug. 12, 2014.
In addition to his loving parents, he leaves behind to cherish his memories, siblings, Amarea Christopher and Irianna Prater of Patterson; grandparents, Billy and Debra Washington, of Patterson, and Jane Prater, of Patterson; aunts, Lakeisha and husband, Desmond DeClouet, of Patterson, TaRhonda and husband, Jeff Eiland, of Las Vegas, Sheresha Washington, of Carencro, Dwan Washington, of Patterson, and Allison Prater, of Morgan City; and uncle, D’Juanelle Diggs, of Franklin.
Clyde was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Barbara Heggar Prater; and great-grandparents, Ivory and Hilda Dugar, and Clarence and Mary Dell Washington.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, in the Patterson Memorial Cemetery at 11 a.m.
