Seniors participate in Franklin Art Walk

St. Mary Council on Aging’s “Senior Artist” program presented “Art with a Cajun Twist” by the Franklin and Patterson Senior Activity Center seniors. Not pictured are Ron Romero and Alberta LeBlanc. The display was featured Aug. 23 at Floors, Etc. during the Franklin Art Walk on Main Street. For information on art classes call the Franklin Senior Activity Center at 828-1210. The center is open daily (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. to all seniors 60 and above. All seniors are invited to visit and see what is going on at all senior activity centers in Franklin, Patterson and Morgan City.
