Police Reports 9-10-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Amy Dehart, 32, of 110 Circle Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:16 a.m. on a charge of reckless operation and released on a summons.
Carlin D. Stelly, 26, of Kaplan, was arrested Tuesday at 10:16 p.m. on three failure to appear warrants on charges of criminal neglect of family and another on a charge of second degree battery. No bond was set.
Shawn Boudreaux, 35, of 179 Martin Road, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 2:26 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Bradley M. Dauphine, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 5:32 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation and held on $10,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Darius Martin, 21, of Ibert Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 2:59 p.m. on a warrant charging him with parole violation. No bond was set.
Willie Vallet Jr., 47, of Marshall Street, Morgan City, was arrested today at 12:34 a.m. on charges of four counts of stop sign violation, aggravated flight from an officer, reckless operation, resisting an officer with force and violence, suspended driver’s license and third offense possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of stop sign violation and expired driver’s license, and a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
