Police Reports 9-24-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile male, 15, and another male, 12, both of Franklin, were arrested Tuesday at 8:05 a.m. on charges of simple battery and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
A juvenile male, 16, no address available, was arrested Tuesday at 9:44 a.m. on a charge of simple battery of a teacher and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Jose Pacheco Dozzetti, 25, of 1602 Barrow St., Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 9:49 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Hamilton Navy, 17, of 2035 Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, and Thaddeus Gabriel, 18, of 214 Rosebud St., Baldwin, were arrested Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released on $500 bonds.
Gregory Jackson, 25, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Tuesday at 4:52 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $6,628 bond.
Christopher Oubre Jr., 19, of 153 La. 182, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 11:38 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of second offense possession of marijuana and failure to stop at stop sign. No bond was set.
Brandon Berger, 36, of 421 Charlotte Drive, Patterson, was arrested today at 5:36 a.m. on charges of possession clonazepam and alprazolam with intent to distribute, possession of Vyvanse, second offense possession of marijuana, and careless operation of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Yvonne Delinger, 41, of Willow Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 6:14 p.m. on district court warrants charging her with failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms of drug court. No bond was set.
Tawanna Thomas, 34, of St Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:38 p.m. on a warrant charging her with aggravated battery and held on $7,500 bond.
Connie Jennings, 42, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:56 p.m. on a sheriff’s warrant charging her with theft of goods. She was turned over to the SO.
