Three arrested by Franklin PD

Three persons were arrested Wednesday by Franklin police and other departments.
Chief Sabria McGuire reported this morning that the arrests stem from a search warrant that was executed by the Franklin Police Department on Rosemary Street with the assistance of the Morgan City Police Department, Chitimacha Tribal Police Department and the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division.
David Hayes, 28, of La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:07 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, heroin and alprolazam and possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substances. No bond was set.
Heather Hebert, 37, of Rosemary Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:07 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, heroin and alprolazam, keeping a disorderly place and possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substances. No bond was set.
Devin Polito, 20, of Rosemary Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:07 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, heroin and alprolazam, possession of a legend drug with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substances. No bond was set.
