Pierre G. 'Perry' Jackson

Pierre G. “Perry” Jackson, 80, a native and resident of Berwick, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014, at his residence.
Jackson was a veteran of the United States Army. The East St. Mary Funeral Squad will perform in Berwick Cemetery.
A graveside memorial services and entombment will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Berwick Cemetery with military honors.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Cox-Jackson, of Berwick; one son, Frank Gamble Jr., of Morgan City; one daughter, Blanche Gamble, of Berwick; one sister, Bernadine Smith of Las Vegas, Nevada; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
