St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Narcotics Division agents arrested Donald McCormick, 26, of 111 Robicheaux Road, Verdunville, Thursday at 5:55 p.m. on charges of driving left of center, driving under suspension and a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of burglary and theft. Bail was set at $11,250.
Anna Hebert, 35, of 232 Wayne Lane, Centerville, was arrested Thursday at 5:57 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug possession and abuse of toxic vapors. She was released on a summons.
Danny Savoie, 37, of 1430 North Prairie Road Circle, Centervile, was arrested Thursday at 5:57 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Darrell Grubbs Jr., 30, of New Iberia, Thursday by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on two warrants charging him with violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Brianna Bell, 21, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:12 p.m. by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of revoked or suspended driver’s license and speeding. Bell was released on $386 bond.
Jovine Labit, 46, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:21 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to return a leased movable. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Dwane Borel, 48, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:05 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of careless operation and failure to honor a written promise. He was released on $319 bond.
Kenneth Smith, 54, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 7:03 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and held on $250 bond.
