Franklin High JROTC honors

Franklin Senior High School’s JROTC “West End Knights” competed in the Central Lafourche Drill Competition Oct. 25 in the Unarmed and Armed Color Guard division. The teams placed first out of five teams in both Armed and Unarmed Color Guard and now qualify for state competition. Members are at top from left, Molly Gonsoulin, Nya Bacon, Kalob Coward, Mariah Durocher, Arthur Marcotte, Lanie Daigle, Luis Nava-Hernandez and Shantica Gibson. The team also competed in the Unarmed Regulation division and placed third out of five.
