FFH board meets Thursday, 5 p.m.

Members of the Hospital Service District 1 Board of Commissioners will meet in regular session Thursday at 5 p.m.
Items on the agenda include:
—Election of board officers.
—Consideration of a physician recruitment agreement.
—Renewal of the Quorum Health Resources agreement.
—Reports from the medical staff by Chief of Staff Donna Tesi.
—Monthly finance report by Chief Financial Officer Ron Bailey.
—Administrative and nursing reports.
—Strategic planning executive session.
The board meets at Franklin Foundation Hospital on Northwest Boulevard in Franklin.
