Police Reports 2-3-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Richard Welch Jr., 51, of Perret Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10 a.m. on a sheriff’s warrant charging him with forgery and theft. No bond was set.
Javontrae Levine, 21, of Muggah Street, Franklin, was charged Monday at 10:13 a.m. on district court criminal neglect of family warrants. No bond was set.
Ananenia Dauphine, 20, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:47 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on $250 bond.
