NATALIE C. VERDUN

Natalie C. Verdun, 75, a native and resident of Franklin “Bakertown,” La., died Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Dauterive Medical Center in New Iberia, at 6:34 a.m.
Visitation will be observed on Tuesday, March 3, at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. at the St Jules Catholic Church in Franklin, with Father Vu serving as the Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St Jules Catholic Church Cemetery in Franklin.
Memories of Natalie will forever be cherished in the heart of her loving and devoted husband, Wilfred Verdun Jr.; one brother, Nathaniel Cummings III; two sisters, Patricia Aubry and Margaret Lewis, all of Franklin; two brothers-in-law; four sisters-in-law; one first cousin; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and lifelong friends.
Natalie was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, one uncle, one nephew, two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, all of whom awaited her coming.
