Police Reports 3-10-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jordan Gant, 25, of 200 Cleveland St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 2:08 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal mischief. No bond was set.
Matthew Oquain, 29, of 613 Lonely Oak Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 4:47 a.m. on charges of reckless operation, hit and run and no driver’s license. He was released on $1,750 bond.
Sherry L. Cooper, 29, of 101 Southwest St., Lot 3, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 4:20 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Jason Cavalier, no age given, of 148 Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 4:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property and held on $250 bond.
Adam M. Partin, 37, of 628 Seventy-Nine Pines, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 12:50 a.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Joshua Perro, 26, of 179 Eves St., Jeanerette, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Sunday on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery. Bond was set at $20,000.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Devin Barthelemy, 22, of 109 Diane Lane, Patterson, Monday at 3:17 p.m. on a warrant charging Barthelemy with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released on a summons.
Chitimacha Police reported the arrest of Russell Aucoin III, 19, of Jeanerette, and Brianna Franklin, 18, of Franklin, Monday at 7:50 p.m. on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and were released on summons.
Cody Segura, 24, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 11:50 a.m. on a charge of simple burglary and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Nathan Thomas III, 38, of Eleventh Street, Franklin, today at 2:10 a.m. on charges of second offense possession of synthetic marijuana and second offense possession of drug paraphernalia as well as abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.
