Foundation board meets Thursday

Commissioners of Hospital Service District 1 will meet in regular session Thursday at 5 p.m. at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Among items on the agenda is an executive session to be followed by discussion on employment contracts, transition agreements and contract modifications. There also is an item on renewal of conflict of interest statements by board members.
In financial matters the 2015 operating budget and 2014 audit return will be up for discussion and approval.
