Lady Bulldogs beat Patrick Taylor

NEW ORLEANS _ Ashton Landry tossed a no-hitter and Marlee Darden cracked a solo home run as the Centerville Lady Bulldogs pinned a 14-4 District 8-B loss on Patrick Taylor here Monday.
Centerville (7-7) earned its first league win of the year with the victory over Patrick Taylor. The Lady Bulldogs are currently 1-2 in league play.
Landry worked five innings, giving up no hits while fanning 12 and walking five.

The Centerville Lady Bulldogs split victories in games Friday and Saturday of last week.
On Friday, the Centerville Lady Bulldogs dropped an 11-5 loss to the Loreauville Lady Tigers. Centerville bounced back with a 16-4 triumph over the Abbeville Lady Wildcats on Saturday.
