New features at welcome center

Marketechs of Pennsylvania and Dixon Studios of Arizona install interpretative pods and a cypress tree diorama, both designed to educate visitors specifically about St. Mary Parish and about south Louisiana as a whole, on Tuesday at the Cajun Coast Visitors and Convention Bureau Welcome and Interpretive Center in Morgan City. The cypress tree branches to be installed were reclaimed from a lot recently cleared by Morgan City Junior High School. The branches were treated after being shipped to Arizona.
