Police Reports 5-21-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ryan J. Delahoussaye, 21, of 219 Onstead St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 1:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a drug court status conference, failure to appear on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. Bond was set at $200,000.
Joe K. Hathorn, 58, of 917 Cherry St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 2:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to provide notification as a sex offender or child predator and failure to pay annual registration fee as a sex offender. No bond was set.
Jessica Rodriguez, 33, of 1040 Canal St., Apt. 10, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 3:14 p.m. on five warrants charging him with failure to appear for drug court status conferences. Bond was set at $500,000.
Troy Charpentier, 34, of Pierre Part, was arrested Wednesday at 3:48 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, failure to signal, no insurance, driving under suspension, failure to carry proof of registration and expired license plate. He was released on a summons.
Joshua C. Driskill, 22, of 511 Barrow St., Apt. B, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile. No bond was set.
John D. McNemar, 46, of 1505 Bernice St., Morgan City, was charged Wednesday at 10:14 p.m. with hit and run driving and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Levonne Johnson, 31, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 9:33 a.m. on warrants charging him with aggravated assault and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling after he allegedly entered a home without permission and threatened the victim with an ice pick. Johnson was processed and held on a $51,000 bond.
Gerald Sophus, 25, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:33 a.m. on a warrant charging him with driving under suspension and released on $1,000 bond.
Saysha Ardoin, 19, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:51 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $500 bond.
Patrick Landry, 39, of Guidroz Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:51 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault and disturbing the peace by loud and profane language. He was released on $1,500 bond.
Tony Kaufman, 21, of Augustine Maze Street, was arrested Wednesday at 10:38 p.m. on a probation violation warrant and held with no bond set.
